Eligibility

• Open to undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD students, and academic researchers currently enrolled in recognized institutions.

• Team size: 4 to 6 members.

Registration

• Entry fee: ₹350 per participant, payable at the time of registration.

• Registration will be confirmed only upon successful payment.

Event Rules

• Teams must participate fairly and follow all guidelines shared during Orientation Week.

• Problem statements will be announced on the official start date (Nov 3, 2025).

• Final submissions must include: annotated dataset, model code + trained weights, a report, and a demo video.

Ownership of Data & Models

• All datasets, annotations, models, code, and outputs created during the hackathon will become the sole property of Hairscope AI.

• Participants agree not to use, share, or publish the data/models outside the hackathon without Hairscope’s written consent.

Code of Conduct

• Plagiarism, cheating, or use of unauthorized datasets/tools will lead to immediate disqualification.

• Participants must treat mentors, organizers, and other teams with respect.

Prizes & Internships

• Winners will be declared on Jan 12, 2026.

• Paid internships are offered at Hairscope’s discretion based on performance and evaluation.
