Data & Intellectual Property

• All data, annotations, and models created during the hackathon are the intellectual property of Hairscope AI.

• Participants’ personal information will not be shared with third parties, except sponsors/partners for recruitment purposes (limited to CVs with participant consent).

Security

• Hairscope will take reasonable measures to protect participant data.

• However, participants are responsible for securing their own devices and submissions.

Retention

• Personal information will be retained only as long as necessary for hackathon-related operations.
