Non-Refundable Fees

• The registration fee of ₹350 per participant is non-refundable once payment is made.

Cancellation by Participant

• If a participant or team withdraws after registration, no refund will be issued.

Event Cancellation

• If the hackathon is canceled by Hairscope, full refunds will be processed to all registered participants.

Exceptional Circumstances

• Refunds may only be considered in extraordinary situations at Hairscope’s sole discretion.
