Hairscope Selfie Analysis - Terms of Use

These Selfie Analysis Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the Hairscope Selfie Analysis product ("Selfie Analysis") provided by Hairscope Software Private Limited ("Hairscope").
By purchasing, integrating, or using Selfie Analysis, the Clinic or Client ("Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Selfie Analysis is a digital hair assessment solution that may be integrated into the Client’s website or digital properties.
The standard Selfie Analysis package includes:
- Camera preview screen
- Lead capture form
- Additional questionnaire module
- Loading screen
- Report screen
- Error handling screen
Customization may be performed by Hairscope or by the Client’s developer, subject to feasibility and scope.
Selfie Analysis is a software tool and does not constitute medical advice. Clinical interpretation remains the sole responsibility of the Client.
2. Integration and Setup
Selfie Analysis is a digital hair assessment solution that may be integrated into the Client’s website or digital properties.
2.1. Each user will have unique login details for accessing the Hairscope application.
2.2. Users must not share their login details with anyone outside their clinic. If additional users within the clinic require access, please contact us or upgrade your subscription and have separate login credentials.
2.3. We encourage clinics to refer any interested parties directly to us instead of sharing their login details.
3. Credit-Based Usage Model
3.1. Trial period is provided free of charge to selected clinics. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the trial at any time without prior notice.
3.2. Participation in the trial does not create any obligation for clinics to continue using Hairscope once the trial period ends.
4. Data Privacy
4.1. Hairscope will handle any personal or clinic data in accordance with our privacy policy. .
4.2. Users consent to the collection and use of their data for the purposes of improving the overall Hairscope application.
5. Non-Compete and Association Clause
5.1. By using Hairscope, even as a trial, clinics affirm that they are not associated with any of our competitors or potential competitors.
5.2. Users agree to a two-year non-compete period following the conclusion of their trial, during which they must not engage with or assist any competitors of Hairscope.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Hairscope is still in beta and the application is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
6.2. We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Hairscope application.
7. Termination
7.1. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user or entire clinics who violates these terms and conditions. Upon termination, participants must cease all use of Hairscope immediately.
7.2. Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, and access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds shall be issued for the remaining portion of the active billing cycle unless otherwise stated..
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the courts of India.
8.2. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts at Mumbai.
