At Hairscope, we are committed to delivering quality services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. Below is our refund policy for Hairscope subscriptions.

1. Subscription Refund Policy

Our subscription model is designed to provide clinics with AI-powered hair analysis patient management tools and our selfie API that allows clinics to integrate our AI hair analysis directly into their websites, enabling lead generation and patient diagnosis. If you are not fully satisfied with the service, we offer the following refund terms:

Free Trial Period: Hairscope offers a free trial period of 30 days for it's clinical application so that users can try it before actually subscribing in a paid plan.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase. To initiate the refund process, please contact our support team.

No Refunds After 7 Days: After the initial 7-day period, all subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a prorated refund for any remaining time in your subscription cycle.

Server Downtime: In the rare event that Hairscope experiences significant downtime or technical issues that affect your usage, we will review each requests on a case-by-case basis and your subscriptions duration will be adjusted.

API Functionality Issues: If there are significant issues with the functionality of the API, we will work diligently to resolve them. In cases where the API is unusable due to technical issues, we may offer to revise your subscription plans on a case-by-case basis.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@hairscope.ai with your account details and reason for the refund request. All refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Note: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Any bank fees or charges incurred during the transaction will not be refunded.
